MAC ladies

For some reason MAC stores always have the meanest shop assistants. It confuses me greatly as to how and why they were hired when they're obviously not good people. Very occasionally there'll be a nice person (like the madam that works at the Carindale MAC, with whom I am gradually forming a friendship with), but more often than not the assistants will be total bitches.

It gets to a point where I don't really want to go to MAC because of the bitches, but I love MAC, so what am I to do?!

I think it's some pretty weird business that MAC's doing if I don't want to go into the store, whilst also really wanting to.
